• Regular Shipping Schedule: Orders received by 10AM EST are guaranteed to ship the following day via 2-day express carrier. Please note our regular shipping days are Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday –– which means that if you place your order any time after 10AM EST Tuesday, it will be shipped on the next regular shipping day, the following Monday. Please see chart below for details. Modified Holiday deadlines will be posted on our web site in October for the Thanksgiving through New Year’s holidays.

• Expedited Shipping: If you would like to receive a Choice Cheesecake other than on the regular delivery schedule, don't despair! Let us try and help –– most of the time it’s doable, and it’s always a pleasure. In any instance where you need your cake sooner than it would normally arrive, just do one of the following things:



1. Order online as usual, but in the “Additional Comments” box which appears just as you finalize your order, tell us when you need your order delivered.
2. Call us at 800–901–CHOICE
3. E–mail CustomerCare@ChoiceCheesecakes.com and tell us what you need, and when you need it (unlike our web site, e–mail is not secure, so please don’t send us your credit card information by e–mail. But give us a phone number where we can reach you.)
4. Order online, and choose “Fax” as your payment method. Then fax your order, payment information and date you need your order.



We will do everything possible to expedite your order with pleasure!
We will always confirm your request in writing, and in the unlikely event we just can’t get your order to you in time, you’ll have the option to cancel. As you can expect, there may be extra shipping charges if we need to ship overnight in order to meet your delivery requirements. If there are, we will confirm with you via e–mail or telephone before charging your credit card.

• Arrival of your order: Your order is flash–frozen, wrapped carefully and placed in heavily insulated recyclable foam boxes to keep the product chilled for at least 48 hours. Your cake may arrive partially or fully defrosted, but still cool. This will not affect the quality of the product. Please refrigerate or refreeze immediately.
  
  
• Shipping Address: Please ship to an address where someone will be available to receive the cheesecake and freeze or refrigerate it immediately. While saddened, we can’t do much else for you if the cheesecake is left unattended and spoils!
  
  
• Free Delivery in Stamford, CT: Messenger delivery in Stamford, CT is available at no charge. To take advantage of this option, place your order as usual. Shipping charges will be adjusted automatically according to the delivery zip code. Please tell us when you'd like your order delivered (date and time of day - 9am-12pm, 12p-5pm, 5pm-7pm) in the "comments" section, or we'll contact you after we receive your order to coordinate delivery.
