History: A Family Recipe

We started baking our cheesecake over 30 years ago, for a few local restaurants in New Jersey. They were so popular that customers began asking to purchase entire cheesecakes to take home.

Today, we bake and deliver our cheesecake to restaurants and indiviual customers around the country. Though we now bake them in Connecticut, Choice Cheesecakes are still made with the same recipe, and same care as they were in the beginning
